Wow BohoL, Philippines :)

I've never been to Bohol so I was pretty excited that time. It was my first time to see the famous chocolate hills and Tarsier in the country :). It was a great trip together with my travel buddies! What a nice experience to travel by a truck, by a small boat, by a plane and most of all!!! by a small van courtesy of my friend MJ [all of us is 9, come to think of that haha! SMALL VAN and A TRUCK!! what a nice road trip we had :P..Imagine that!! :).

Our 9 o'clock flight was delayed for about an hours. We were there at the airport 2 hours before our flight and we boarded at 10 and men!!! duh! waited again for almost i guess 30 minutes on the plane before taking off (what the fish...AIRPHIL again!! :P hehehe).

On the plane
All of us nine stay at my friend's house that somehow help us cut our expenses for a accommodation *wink wink! (laking tulong talaga hahaha). When we arrived in Tagbilaran, we were picked up by her Uncle and had our quick tour for that day kasi nga hapon na :( [ we went to see PRONY (big snake),Baclayon church, blood compact].

first stop PRONY-- hey guys meet prony!! the PYTHON! What a huge SNAKE!! ever I saw in my whole life!! not in a single length of what I saw in manila zoo hahaha!! The Body of that snake is bigger than my legs!! ..sorry guys I'm not a fan of any cold blooded reptiles :) especially snakes!!! awww :( scared and I wont touch it. When we approached the cage where the python lies, the women inside of the cage invite anyone who wanted to come inside to get personal with PRONY :) haha she opened the cage and let my friends in.. oh well, i just stayed outside and listen to  so called MARIMAR  hahaha.

Happy to see my friends inside the cage with Prony taking picture with it!! :) hahaha!!btw! entrance to see Prony cost only 20 pesos. :)

Second stop Baclayon Church~ The Church of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception in Baclayon is considered to be one of the oldest churches in the Philippines.

Me standing beside the bell tower of the church :)

Bit Info: The wall of the church constructed out of corals (hmm seems like this church is also the same with the church I saw in Camiguin the (Old Church Ruins in Bonbon, Catarman, Camiguin). check it out :) The church Baclayon main walls are constructed out of corals and they said that the whites of a million eggs were mixed with lime to cement the coral stones together...wow! that's really amazing!
No tourist should miss this part of itinerary
Last stop! Blood Compact :) This site was made in honor of a very important event in our history done between Miguel Lopez de Legespi of Spain and Rajah Sikatuna of Bohol. Blood compact or SANDUGO is well thought as the first treaty of friendship between two races, culture and religions.

This site provide a nice, and peaceful landscape although it is just nearby the main road at Tagbilaran City.

You can almost see the sea, but beyond that and the memorial statues, there's  really not much else to see :) picture picture lang talaga :) i guess this is not a place where visitors would stay or hang out for long, but it does provide a little piece of history that somehow help us remember our history subject before :).
