Hello guys! today I will show you my Estée Lauder blockbuster gift 2018 set that I got last Christmas and I am so happy because this is the first time I have ever received an amazing Estee Lauder gift set from my panget. I can tell that he is really supporting me to whatever interest I am in to right now (what a supportive husband) LOL!.
So lets proceed to my gift..shall we? 😍..Ta daahh! Here is it, my Estee Lauder giftset (picture below) Isn’t that the best holiday makeup and skincare gift ever!
This review is something a little different from me because I find it kinda weird sharing it online on how I usually remove my underarm hair 😅 well, ganun namn talga na nakakahiya i-share pagdating sa ganitong mga bagay bagay diba? pero sabi nga nila pa-kapalan nalang ng mukha LOL!. I was recommended this product by a good friend of mine and decided to try it out since okey lang namn sakin ang mag wax ng kilikili so why not!. Nakapag-try ko nang mag wax ng buhok ko sa kilikili before using the veet waxing strips na nabibili sa mga mercury or sa watson (yung maliliit na parang pads). However, yung mga sticky strip waxes na nabili ko before eh hindi lahat gumana ng bongga sakin at masasabi kong hindi epektib. I find it just a waste of money. It didn't pull any hair at all and it leave a horrible sticky mess all over my underarm pa (ayaw ko pa namn ng may pagka malagkit sa feeling).
Aminin man natin sa hindi eh karamihan sa ating mga pinay ay mas gugustuhin pang gumamit ng tiyani (tweezer) or shaver sa pagtanggal ng buhok nila sa kilikili dahil ang pagwawax ay dagdag gastos lang esp sa mga salon eh may kamahalan rin kung tutuusin. So napabili na nga ako nitong Veet Oriental Wax.It is a home waxing kit na suitable gamitin sa ating mga binti, bikini line, braso, upper lip at higit sa lahat sa ating kilikili 😁 at nabili ko siya sa halagang 89 kr sa Lyko.se. Hindi lang sa makakatipid ka pa sa presyo kung bibili ka ng ganitong waxing kit dahil sa madami siyang laman na tatagal ng ilang buwan at laking tipid kesa punta ka pa sa salon para lang mag pawax.
Hello Superfriends! and for today's post would be my review and first impression of this Remington Silk curling Wand. This is the first time I have a curling wand and let see if this one is really worth it to buy!
Since my hair is now long that I can easily do whatever hairstyle I want, I decided to purchase my self a really nice curling wand as my birthday gift. I've been eyeing to get the one that has different curling rods but it turned out to be more expensive than the single wand! So taddahh! here is it my new curling wand that I got from Lyko.se for only 450 kr. (picture below)
The packaging is basic but informative, it comes in a narrow long rectangular cardboard box (very sturdy and well packed) with information about the wand and what comes with it.
This curling wand has a black conical barrel that measures 13mm-25mm for soft, loose curls. It also has a digital display that is located on the red handle of the curler.
If you hold down the minus bottom that controls the temperature you can lock in the desired heat i.e. once it is locked and if you press the plus or minus button the temperature of the wand will not change, you can unlock the temperature by just holding down the minus button.
So here you can see what's included inside the box!
The wand heats up to 220 degrees in more than a minute and the tip of the barrel does not heat up it remains cool. The lowest of 180 degrees . I suggest to use heat protectant serum or mist for all hair types when using high temperatures. Good thing about this wand is there is an automatic safety shut off which means that the curler will switch itself off if no button has been pressed or if it is left on after 60 minutes. Additional point is the power cord swivels and is 3 meters long! 👌
It also include heat resistant bag and the glove/mitt that are very useful for a beginner like me. The gloves is really handy especially if you are a first timer using a curling wand to help prevent accidental burns.

This year has been an amazing year for us with panget and I'am very thankful of everything we got all through out (not to mention that my in-laws are so generous enough to gave us a piece of lot nearby to build our future home which is hopefully we start it next year! plus we already finish paying the lot we bought in Tagaytay this month. What an amazing year I must say! and now receiving all this Christmas gifts from my husband and family (picture above) was a wonderful feeling.
