I Tried Following a Jaclyn Hill | Smokey Cat Eye Tutorial

Hello Superfriends! For today's video is all about the new trend that has been circulating recently here in Youtube world and that is called "I TRIED FOLLOWING TUTORIAL" wherein people try and follow beauty guru's tutorials in order to get ready.  Hmmm sound interesting! right? So why not try it for myself!

I try my very best to follow Jacklyn Hill smokey cat eye tutorial because I really like her so dearly and I really adore her!  I had so much fun filming it and I learn a lot too! It may not turn out as FLAWLESSLY PERFECT for your taste but I know I give my very best in making this video. Sorry if my lighting is kinda off warm because all the lights here at home is just like that plus I filmed it late at night. [I don't have any lighting equipment po syensxa but I'm planning to have one ...anytime soon]

Please don't judge me as I am not a professional make-up artist  ;) so bare with me guys if I use some of the products and brushes on a wrong way.. I'm just only  a beginner in this field but I do enjoy making this video and applying make-ups  on my self.

Hello Superfriends! Parang naisipan ko lng i-share yung mga proseso ko nung ako ay nag-aapply palang ng mga papeles ko dito sa Sweden . Kaya naman naisipan kong i-share sa inyo at baka sakaling makatulong sa ibang kababayan natin na walang ka idea idea sa pag aayos ng papel nila esp dito sa sweden. Swedish Passport is finally here - Citizenship Journey

My Swedish passport is finally here! 😉 

When I received my Swedish Citizenship December last year, I am so eager and excited to apply for my National ID and Swedish passport. So as soon as all the holidays is finally over and all the government offices here are fully back into business, my husband and I decided to apply for our Swedish passport. (At last! after 1 month LOL! I almost forget about it seriously!). After 3 years of living life here in Sweden with my swede husband, I can officially call myself a Swede!...and I'm loving it! even more better now that I have my Swedish Passport too! 

Processing of getting a passport here in Sweden is quite different from what I’m used to in the Philippines (well! you know what I mean if you experienced the old way of getting a passport before sa Pinas 😉 I'll tell you its like conquering the highest mountain of the PH just to get into the top! but I hear nowadays there's a lot of  improvement going on with the new admin unlike before :) that is good to hear). Anyway what I noticed  here is that, there’s no formal application process, no long queue or forms to fill-up for you to apply just bring your self and your valid ID's then off to go. Although I bought all my important documents with me that time they didn't even bother to check it up 😉 .  


REMINDER 👉⇨ Persons who recently received his/her Swedish citizenship:

When a person with foreign citizenship becomes a Swedish citizen, it takes few days before the information will be added to the National Accounts Register by the Swedish Tax Agency. So If you apply for a passport or national ID card BEFORE the information has been submitted, you MUST include the Swedish citizenship decision in original from the Swedish Migration Board. 

All passports and national ID cards are handled through the Police office. Yup! u hear me right? in the POLICE OFFICE so better behave your butt off and be nice hehe. If you live in Stockholm you can simply go to bokapassitstockholm to book for an appointment and if happen you are not living in Stockholm just like me. Find the nearest Police office near you and inquire about it because some police office allowed drop-in applicants and some don't so better check it ahead of time before going there so you will not waste your time and effort.

My First Make-up Haul

Hello Superfriends! I would like to show you guys! My new make-up Haul for this year 2018... I know its' not massive and some of them are not new for your taste.... but hey! they're new to me and I'm so excited to try and play with it! So here are the things that I got:

First is this Urban Decay Basic2  it is a perfect palette of colors for everyday life and parties. Easy to apply even for beginners and the result lasts well. Great for traveling very compact and easy to work with just be careful not to drop it as it breaks easily and messy especially the black shade. It also can give you and endless amount of possibilities of looks simple daytime looks or even a superb dramatic smokey eye at night.

It is also neutral and matte which works well on anyone's skin. Velvet matt formula without shimmer

   

 

Next is this MAC Studio Face And Body Foundation. This foundation is awesome! this my favorite foundation and my very first ever Mac Liquid Foundation that I ever bought. I will gonna buy it again if ever I ran out of it. I love that it goes well with my skin tone and it looks beautiful on me btw I got the 50ml in C1 shade.

I know the price range is a little bit expensive but the quality and effect it gives is really worth it. It is sheer to light coverage but you can build it with multiple applications. I like it because it gives me a dewy beautiful finish that I like.

The consistency is a bit runny, not too sticky kind so you'll need to shake it off before using it. I either use my fingers or my sponge to apply it and for me only few drops can cover my entire face. The packaging is okay, I don't have any problem with it. Overall I love this foundation and I will always use and buy it. I recommend it for everyone to try.

Hello Superfriends!  This is the first time I will share my first simple get ready with me ala Misay  (Valentines portion edition redention bonggasion whatever version you may call it LOL). It may not turn out as FLAWLESSLY PERFECT for your taste but I know I give my very best in making this video. Please don't judge me as I am not a professional make-up artist 😉 so bare with me guys if I use some of the products and brushes on a wrong way.. I'm just only  a beginner in this field but I do enjoy making this video and applying make-ups  on my self.

Oh btw I forgot to put some the important products  i.e Concealer, highlighter and Contour in this tutorial that is because I don't have any of them. I just only use the one I have on my make-up bag, so I let you know  ;)

Ayaw nyo namn gumastos ng sobrang mahal na pang linis at pangtanggal ng mga buhok ng inyong alaga sa Carpet. Well ito na ang sagot sa inyong problema hehehehe. YSL The Shock Mascara - Review

Hello Superfriends!  This video is about my mini review of my YSL the shock (waterproof) mascara that I bought last year hehehe :) naisipan ko lng gawan ng video so if you are thinking to  splurge/ purchase highend mascara I will definitely recommend this  YSL but of course I would rather look for an affordable one... BH Cosmetics Eye Essential Brush Set - Review

Hello everyone! back again with another review 😊 I bought this BH Cosmetics, 7 Piece Eye Essential Brush Set last month to complete my eye make-up essentials tools. Who doesn't want to have a new set of make-up brushes..right? To tell you honestly I only have 2 pieces of make-up brushes and as far as I wanted to get a new one I am kinda hesitate to buy. Not only because some of the brushes is quite expensive but also I didn't know how to properly use each brushes. (yeah I know! I'm only a newbie in the world of make-up and I know there's lot of things to learn hehe)

I originally heard of BH Cosmetics through beauty gurus on YouTube so I decided to give it a try and ordered it online.  Got mine from LYKO.se for only 129kr swedish krona. I'm beyond so happy that the brushes is so affordable because as I looked on the website some of the brushes are really expensive good thing this brand is cheap. By the way, for those who don't know Lyko is a well known swedish online shop for skin care, perfume and make-ups here in Sweden. I've been using it for almost a week now and I can say that I really like it so much.

The BH eye essential set came with a:

• Blending brush (101)

I really like this blending brush because it is very fluffy and perfect for blending shadows in your crease.   

• Large shader brush (102) 

This is synthetic brush so you can use it to apply your favorite cream products and easy to pack some colour onto the whole eyelid. I hope they make this large shader brush smaller than it already is because I know the struggles using it when you have a small eyes like me LOL 😉. I know it says LARGE shader brush so dont expect it to be small LOL but it is too big for an eyelid. It can be real catch if they make the bristles smaller. Anyway I like this one too!

• Small shader brush (103)

This brush is very soft too and so fluffy for a shadow brush. You will never feel the brush poking your eyes when using it. I highly recommend this for those who have a sensitive eye.

• Angled blending brush (104)

Perfect for applying colour to the outer v and lower lash line. This brush is also soft like 103 brush and if you have small hooded eyes you'll never gonna like this brush.

• Pencil brush (105)

This pencil brush the one with the off-white bristles (in the picture) is a little rough, to be honest, the bristles were quite hard and its kinda annoying to use because you can feel how hard the bristle is. But even though its is just like that, I find it really good to use on highlighting the inner corner of your eyes, esp on smokey look and even good to apply precision colour in the crease because of it's pointy tip.

• Fine liner brush (106)

This brush is really helpful on applying gel liners and smudging liner on to your lash line. Perfect brush if you are a person who always use gel liner. 

• Small angled brush (107)

I love using this to fill in my eyebrow and I also find it helpful on applying gel liner or winged eye liner.

WHAT I GOT FOR CHRISTMAS 2017

Hello Guys! So today I'm sharing with you the lovely gifts I got for Christmas, Yup! I know I'm early today LOL! But I'm just so excited to share!! so bare with me guys! hehe😘 Anyway highway! I know I was a very lucky girl this year (not to mention that I recently got my Swedish Citizenship early this month plus I got my dream bag as my birthday gift last August) and now receiving all this Christmas gifts (picture above) was an amazing feeling. I got so many fantastic items that I really love and I can't wait to share it with you guys!.

Fluffy Pink Slipper - I got these super fluffy baby pink slipper  from my mother in law. I really like this one. So comfy to wear especially now is winter.

Flicker Flame less Ivory Candle - I also got these battery operated candles from my mother in law. She knows that I really like to have one of this because I always say that I'm planning to buy some decorations a Candle holder in Ikea. (so now, I don't have to buy real candles) LOL

Bi.es Crystal Edp - I got this Bi.es Crystal Perfume from my father in law and I have never tried any perfume from this brand (this is the first time). I like the smell of it and the bottle looks neat and simple. The scent is somewhat flowery with the hint of citrus. 

Soda/Bubble Maker - This soda maker is a gift from my father in law and he also include two more extra bottles and Co2 for us. If you don't know what is Soda/Bubble Maker is? It is a machine you can use at home to make your own carbonated water/soda. If you enjoying drinking cola, soda, or sparkling water this machine is good for you. You can also buy in store some flavorings for you drinks. I know Matthias will going to use this more often than me LOL.

Choklad Drömmar/ Chocolate Cookies - This yummy cookies is from my hubby LOL. I know it's kinda weird that he gave me this sweetness food  instead of some fancy gifts but I really love it beside its good for fika (merienda)! 

Lot of Chocolates (Merci, Nestle, Paradis, Ferrerro, Cloetta Bridge) - Got a variety of chocolates from them. What a happy tooth for me 😊 hehe. It is tradition here in Sweden to give your love ones some sweet chocolates this Christmas that is why i got ton of it! hahaha. Who wouldn't say no to this overload sweetness!!

Pandora Castle & Crown Charm - Last but not least, my hubby gave me this Pandora castle charm 😊. I told him that I wanted a new charm for my bracelet because it's been a long time since I bought a new one on my collection. I'm happy because I never thought he would buy me this small charm. I only wanted the cheaper one but this is absolutely not in my list but anyway I'm so grateful and happy hihihi. Can you imagine that this small charm has a 14ct gold crown with pink zirconia jewel underneath. I will cry if I lost this one hahahaha.

That's all guys!!😊  I hope you all had an amazing Christmas guys! - I can't believe it's already over, it seemed to come and go in the blink of an eye. I always get really sad when it's all over as its my favourite time of the year. So for now I will eat all my goodies and enjoy my gifts hehehe. I hope you all received some lovely gifts this Christmas too! what were your favourite presents? tell me? hehehe
