TRYING OUT YOUTUBER'S RECIPE - EGG TART RECIPE

❤ Ingredients: (This recipe yields up to 12 pieces of egg tart)

for Pastry dough
1 cup (150g) flour
35g Butter (COLD)
65g Water (COLD)
2g (pinch) Salt
1 ½ tsp (3g) Sugar
80g Butter (Room temp for spreading)

for Custard cream
6 Egg yolks
½ cup (135g) Sugar
2 tbsp (25g) Corn starch
1 cup Heavy cream
1 ½ cup Milk,
1tsp Vanilla
