My white sauce CARBONara (Macaroni) ^_^

My new recipe in this blog!!... lol :) yep (you can buy instant carbonara sauce in the market). Carbonara has been very easy to make. :P

I only know that macaroni was supposed to be cooked in lots of cheese and mostly baked style, but hello.. we don't have oven to do that...LOL. so  let's make some alternative recipe hahaha :)

My macaroni carbonara (opps kulang ng sauce haha :) but yummy!!)
hmmm what I need to used to cook this meal?
Ingredients:

3/4 cup of Macaroni ..if you only have a macaroni because any pasta will do for this recipe.
(You can use any type of pastas, and you can adjust the amount of pasta you want).
1 teaspoon of oil (some use Olive oil.. but that's expensive.. use butter too para lalong masarap)
1 clove of garlic and onion,
4 pcs of sausage or bacon, sliced (we usually use slices bacon, but we don't have any in the fridge that time but a HAM and HOTDOG...lol)
1/2 cup and 2 tablespoon of Cream (we use nestle cream)
1/4 cup grated Cheese
2 pack of delmonte CARBONARA sauce (easy sauce)

1) Put macaroni/any pasta into a pot of boiling water with salt
(Usually my mon do that and everyone do as what the packet has instructed hehe) :P
2) Heat up a frying pan, and pour in the oil or butter (don't let the butter burn or else your
carbonara will definitely looks brown hehehe).
3) Then add in the garlic and onion. Fry until fragrant, not brown.
4) Add in the sliced sausage or bacon.
6) Drain the pasta up once they're ready.
7) Add the pasta into the pan which contains the garlic and sausage.
8) Pour in the cream and the carbonara sauce, put cheese, and toss them over low heat. Do not
overcook or else your pasta might get saggy.
9) Finally add in salt and pepper to taste
.

pREsENTING!@!!!!!  My macaroni Carbonara is ready! Hmmhmmm, though it doesn't taste as nice as when there's bacon in it I'm still fine with it.. best merienda so far with hot coffee :). I'm craving for a carbonara so pwede na yan!! hahaha enjoy my come what may recipe :)
