Balicasag | Dolphine watching + BOHOL,Philippines

3rd day is a Dolphin watching day!! It's time to relax after a nervous breakdown activity yesterday @The Plunge.. Here it goes .. its beach bumming time!! :)

Boat tour started up soo early for us to catch up the dolphins, they say that early in the morning is the ideal time to go dolphin watching because the sea is calm. Boatman said that, group of dolphins can be spotted when they are hunting for a food. so maybe morning is breakfast time for them hahaha [kidding] :)

We woke up early in the morning, breakfast and then zooom to Alona beach resort where the boat is waiting... hehe (just to make the story short).
on our way to balicasag :)
Our boat tour package includes dolphin watching followed by snorkeling activity in Balicasag Island's Marine Sanctuary. I guess our boat rate is more or less 1K php (haha not sure). Only life vest is provided but not the snorkeling gear. It took around 30-45 minutes to reach the site where the dolphins are. Lot of boats are already in the site chasing a dolphins using their motor banca..:( oh my!!! we arrived a little bit late :P luckily, there are still lots of dolphins around :) hehe thanks god hehe for the nice weather and a chance to see them!

WOW .. I saw dolphins!! and dami-dami nila ang saya!!
We didn't spend a lot of time watching the dolphins and when the time we can no longer see them, we decided to go to Balicasag island for another activity and to have a joyful lunch!!:)

here we go :)
Balicasag Island is marine sanctuary where they offers nice snorkeling site but you need to rent snorkeling gear for that. They also offer shoes for only 200 php per pair. Our boatman said that we need to rent small banca to bring us in the snorkeling site (coral bed). I think that small banca allow only 2-3 person for only 20 pesos each. We left our things on the cottage and our boatman assured us that nothing will get lost. He told us that the rowboat is too small to bring our things on. We brought only our snorkeling gear and underwater camera :P and off to go!!

Don't forget to bring your underwater camera :) If you don't want to miss the fun and if you can't dive you can ask your guide to take pictures and video under the sea :)

Coral bed!!sorry for the picture's resolution  :(

After almost an hour , we got tired from snorkeling and decided to to go back on the beach and had our feast lunch!! In the Island they offer freshly cooked lunch for cheap price. Lots of cooking station near the cottages and you can choose seafood and meat. cooking fee cost hundreds aside from the the price of the food you choose. We brought our lunch that time but my friend also ordered kilo of squid (adobong pusit) and chicken (adobong manok)
The sand is not fine :( small rock and shells are more into it
Even though the beach is not that impressive with its rough sands, you will definitely like the sanctuary and the view :) bawi nalng sa ganda ng lugar na super :) at sa dagat  lol :)
view of a nice summer getaway!! :)
We were done with our lunch, beach bumming and photo shoot  around 1 pm and got ready for another boat trip ... Next stop : BEE FARM  :)
