CINNAMON ROLLS WITH CREAM CHEESE GLAZE

Homemade cinnamon rolls are special thing this autumn season with pair of hot chocolate or coffee. I made it with special vanilla glazing with cream cheese on it. How you'll give it a try!

 INGREDIENTS: 

🍞 For the dough: 

1 cup lukewarm milk 

2 teaspoons quick rise or active yeast 

4 cups bread flour 

½ cup granulated sugar 

84 g unsalted butter 

3/4 teaspoon salt 

2 egg plus 1 egg yolk, at room temperature 

 🍞 For the filling: 

1 cup sugar (white or brown sugar) 

3 tbsp of Muscovado sugar 

3 tbsp ground cinnamon 

84g unsalted butter, room temperature 

 🍞 For the cream cheese frosting: 

115g (4 oz) cream cheese 

¾ cup powdered sugar 

3 tbsp milk 1 tbsp heavy cream 

1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

 🍞 Bake cinnamon rolls in Preheat oven 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes until just slightly golden brown on the edges.

 Today ituturo ko sa inyo kung paano gumawa ng crochet pumpkin o ginantsilyong kalabasa, napaka-dali lang nito gawin at super ganda pang pang display esp ngayon na Autumn season na. Ang pag ccrochet ay isa sa paborito kong hobby at marunong ako mag gantsilyo ;). 

 Disclaimer lang guys: First time ko gumawa ng ganitong tutorial kaya namn pag pasensyahan nyo na kung hindi ko man ma-explain ng maayos LOL! I'll try my best na pagbutihin pa sa mga susunod na crochet video ko (kung hindi ako tamarin mag turo LOL) 

 📌 THINGS YOU NEED : 

● Medium yarn 

● 5.00mm crochet hook 

● Fiber Fill 

● Yarn Needle 

● Scissors ● Pumpkin Stem 

 📌 PATTERN: 

Magic Circle, Ch 1 

(R1): 1 HDC inside the circle. Join with slip stitch (8) 

(R2): CH 1, 2 HDC in each stitch around. Join with slip stitch & CH 1(16) 

(R3): 1 HDC in 1st stitch, 2 HDC in 2nd stitch. Join with slip stitch & CH 1 (24) 

(R4): 1 HDC in 1st & 2nd stitch, 2 HDC in 3nd stitch. Join with slip stitch & CH 1 (32) 

(R5): 1 HDC in 1st to 3rd stitch, 2 HDC in 4nd stitch. Join with slip stitch & CH 1(40)

 At last dumating narin sa kanila ang balikbayan box ko at thankful na walang nabasag at walang nabawas. Kung ano ang pinadala ko yun rin ang natanggap nila, medyo nadelay lang ng kaunti dahil pandemic ang mahalaga is nakarating at natanggap nila.
